Yet another function of the Michigan Liquor Control Commission is to enforce its rules and to handle all violations by licensees.
Both the MLCC and local law enforcement units have the authority to ensure that licensees are in compliance with the Michigan Liquor Control Code.
The best way to handle violations and enforcement is to ensure compliance with the statutes and rules, 
and to take specific measures to avoid the possibility of violating the law.

While licensees may be able to easily manage certain violations on their own, in situations involving multiple or significant violations, it is wise to promptly contact an attorney for legal advice.
